今日は最近、寒くてサボり気味だったので久しぶりのランニング♪♪
だいたいコースは決まって地元の駅まで片道8㎞の折り返し16㎞コース！！
始めは家から一番近い神社で参拝♪♪
そしてひたすら駅までGOストレート♪♪
駅まで続く広くて走りやすい道！！ パシャリ♪♪
たまに車の通りが途切れて道路を占領した気分になる♪♪
そんな時はひたすら全力疾走♪♪
これ気持ちいいわぁ～♪♪
今年残りわずか現場も全力疾走でいきますよぉ～♪
