高低差300m

こんばんは萩谷です！

今月中旬に出場予定の西金砂郷登山マラソンのゼッケンが届きました‼︎

このマラソン、距離は14kmですが高低差が300mもあるコースを走ります(>_<)

坂道が苦手な自分にとっては少し不安ですが、紅葉の季節でもあり凄く楽しみです♬

今日も仕事帰りに軽めのジョギング！
先日のフルマラソンの疲れも残ってなくいい感じ‼︎

大会当日は綺麗な紅葉の景色と疲れ果てた萩谷の姿をお届けしま〜す‼︎
