しかし、連日の猛暑で体力が削られていく今日この頃…。
なかなか仕事終わりの趣味のジョギングに行けてない日々を過ごしております(^^;

お土産で貰った元気くん‼︎
なかなか強烈な感じ‼︎
これを食べて、仕事もマラソンもフルパワー♬
